This seminar will cover CFPB’s new rules governing how debt collectors can disclose information about a debt, when they can mark debt on a consumer’s credit report, limitations on “time-barred debt” and the impact these rules may have on consumer and debt collectors, as well as a potential impact the Biden Administration may have on these rules.
