The main speaker for this course is Honorable Judge Georgia Akers , who has been a probate court judge since 2008. She had previously been in private practice specializing in Probate, Estates and Elder Law. She graduated from South Texas College of Law, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate and has written several papers on a variety of probate and elder law subjects.
