    The speaker for this course is Scott Gaille, who is an attorney with the firm of Gaille PLLC.  Mr. Gaille is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Rice University, where he teaches International Energy Development to MBA students, and a Lecturer in Law at The University of Chicago Law School, where he teaches the Energy Law Seminar. As a thought leader on matters of energy law, Scott has authored three energy textbooks and five peer-reviewed articles in the Energy Law Journal, and is frequently invited to speak on topics affecting the energy industry. Scott’s legal practice focuses on providing general counsel services and on representing clients in domestic and international energy transactions. His energy practice includes domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, project development transactions, private equity investments, and joint ventures. An extensive biography for Mr. Gaille may be found on his firm's website.
