The speaker for this course is Ms. Jeanette Riggins, an attorney with the firm of Willingham Fultz & Cougill in Houston. Jeanette handles cases in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Toxic Tort Litigation, Product Liability Litigation, Premises Liability, and Commercial Litigation (FCRA and FDCPA claims). She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association and the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Project. She received her law degree from Tulane University School of Law, (J.D., 2000) and her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University (B.A., 1997).
