The presenter for this course is Mr. Robert Dubose, a name partner with the firm of Alexander Dubose Jefferson & Townsend LLP in Houston. Mr. Dubose handles appeals, with particular emphasis on insurance coverage, corporate governance, and commercial and contract disputes. He is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and he is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2008 to present) and Best Lawyers in America (2010 to present). He received his law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D., cum laude, 1993) and his undergraduate degree from Rice University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1990).
