The presenter for this course is Gregory D. Smith. Gregory joined Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin and Browder, Inc. in September 2017, after spending nine years in both an in house and executive role at Midland based independent oil and gas exploration company, RK Petroleum Corp. He is licensed in Texas (2008) and Illinois (2009) and, in 2013, was Board certified in oil, gas and mineral law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
