The speaker for this course is Mr. Trey Bergman , who is an attorney and principal with the mediation firm of Bergman ADR Group in Houston. Mr. Bergman is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas; Credential Distinguished Mediator, TMCA; Past national president-Association of Attorney Mediators; Past Chairman-Litigation Section and ADR Section, Houston Bar Association; and American Arbitration Association-Large Complex Case panelist.. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2003 to present). He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1980) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (B.A., 1977).
