District Court for the Eastern and, Southern Districts of Texas. He is
a member of the State Bar of Texas, Houston Bar Association, Associated
General Contractors of America, Houston Contractors Association, and
Associated Builders and Contractors of America. His awards
include "Texas Rising Star," as presented by Super Lawyers, a Thomson
Reuters Business, in
Texas Monthly, (2013-2014). He received his law degree
from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 2006) and his undergraduate
