The presenter of this course is Mr. G. Roland Love, an attorney with the firm of Winstead PC in their Dallas office. Roland is a shareholder in Winstead's Real Estate Litigation, Appellate, Intellectual Property, and Tort & Insurance Litigation practices. He is a past member of Winstead's Board of Directors and is also Board Certified in Commercial, Farm and Ranch, and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Real Estate, Probate & Trust Law Section, Council Member), Texas Bar Foundation (Life Fellow), Dallas Bar Association (Certified Mediator; Past Chair, Legal Ethics Committee and Law in the Schools Committee), College of the State Bar of Texas, American College of Real Estate Lawyers (Fellow), Texas Land Title Association (Chair, Institute Committee and Legislative Committee). His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2005 to present). He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law (J.D., 1977) and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (B.S., Electrical Engineering, 1974).
