The speaker for this course is Mr. Ben Zinnecker, who is an attorney with the firm of Weinstein Tippetts & Little LLP in Houston. Mr. Zinnecker handles cases in the areas of product liability defense, general tort and complex commercial disputes. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of Texas. He received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law (J.D., 2008, Order of Barristers) and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (B.A., 2005, magna cum laude).
