A four-time Super Lawyers 'Texas Rising Star' with over 20 years of experience as an attorney, executive, and advisor, Brian has guided sports, entertainment, media, retail, finance, and energy companies through all aspects of corporate transactions and operations projects. His transactional practice has included the negotiation of player and coach contracts, marketing, licensing, and sponsorship agreements, arena, stadium and facility leases, operating agreements, and content distribution agreements. As president of the NBA G-League RGV Vipers, he negotiated the first hybrid affiliation agreement between an NBA team and NBA G-League team. More information may be found on his firm's website.
