Mr. John Mustachio, who is an attorney with the Harris County Attorney's Office in Houston. John is an Assistant Harris County attorney assigned to the subrogation unit handling a wide variety of subrogation litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, admitted to all Texas Courts as well as the Federal District Courts. He is certified as a subrogation specialist by the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, a national organization dedicated to professional development, education, and practice for subrogation practitioners. John has 39 years of insurance litigation experience which has included extensive and varied subrogation trial work. He has spoken to the Texas District & County Attorney association on subrogation and has published articles on insurance coverage. John's undergraduate studies were received at Tulane University in New Orleans, the LaSalette Seminary in New England and St. Thomas University where he earned his B.A. degree in Philosophy. His law studies followed at the University of Houston College of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 1969. Since that time he has been a litigator.
