Mr. Frank G. Jones, who is Of Counsel with the Houston firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. In his over 40 years of practice, Mr. Jones has represented a wide range of clients from diverse industries in major commercial and, in several instances, "bet-the-company" litigation. His experience includes anti-trust cases, securities class action litigation and securities arbitrations. He is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth and Eighth Circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, and Souther Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Practice Section), Texas Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, American College of Trial Lawyers, and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (Law & Politics). Frank has been a frequent contributor to programs and publications in various areas including architects, engineers, attorneys and accountants liability and various aspects of commercial and tort litigation. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (LL.B., 1966) and his undergraduate degree from Rice University (B.S., 1963).
