Ms. JoAnne Musick, who is a name partner with the firm of Musick & Musick, LLP in Houston. Ms. Musick handles cases in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law and family law. She is board certified in Juvenile Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. JoAnne is a member of the Houston Bar Association (both criminal law and procedure section and juvenile section), the State Bar of Texas (both criminal and juvenile sections), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association (board member 2004-present, treasurer 2006-2007, vice-president 2007-2008), the Montgomery County Bar Association, the Fort Bend County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the College of the State Bar of Texas. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1998) and her undergraduate degree from Sam Houston State University (B.B.A., 1991).
