The instructor/moderator for this CLEonline.com seminar will be:

Mr. William K. Kroger, who is a partner in the Litigation Section of the Houston office of Baker Botts LLP where he concentrates on energy litigation, commcercial disputes and personal injury matters. He represents clients in the oil and gas, electric utility, real estate, banking and other industries. Mr. Kroger also handles a wide range of matters involving warranty, indemnity and insurance disputes. He earned his undergraduate degree in accounting (B.B.A., 1985) and an M.B.A. (1989) from the University of Texas at Austin, and he earned his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1989). Mr. Kroger is a director of the State Bar of Texas and a past chair of the Houston Bar Foundation. A more extensive biography for Mr. Kroger may be found at his firm's Web site.
