Mr. Mitchell Katine, who is a name partner with the firm of Katine & Nechman L.L.P. in Houston. He is admitted to practice in Texas (1985) and Oklahoma (2001.) He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., Summa Cum Laude, 1985) and his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida (B.A., 1982).
