This audio presentation features attorney Catherine Evans of the Harris County District Attorney's Office. Ms. Catherine Evans, who is an Assistant District Attorney with the Harris County District Attorney's Office in Houston. Ms. Evans is currently assigned as the Chief Prosecutor in the 184th District Court in Harris County. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association and the Texas District and County Attorneys Association. She is a frequent author and speaker on criminal law topics at various CLE seminars. She received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center (J.D., Cum Laude, 2000) and her undergraduate degree from Ohio State University (B.A., 1996).
