Ms. Antoinette 'Toni' Jackson, who is an attorney with the firm of Coats Rose Yale Ryman & Lee in Houston. Ms. Jackson handles cases in the areas of affordable housing financing and community development law. Her client representation includes for profit and non-profit developers and housing authorities throughout Texas and Louisiana. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, the American Bar Association (Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law), the National Bar Association, the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials, and the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers. She received her law degree from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law (J.D., 1991) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia (B.A., 1984).
