Mr. J. G. "Jed" Molleston, Jr., who is the Regional Disciplinary Counsel for the State Bar of Texas in their Houston Regional Office. He has served in this position since 2006 and as a Trial Attorney with the State Bar of Texas for 9 years prior to accepting appointment as Regional Counsel. He also had a 14 year career in private practice. Jed has presented practical ethics seminars to Texas Lawyers and law students throughout his career with the State Bar and has tried lawyer discipline cases before district courts and grievance committees all over Texas. Jed is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. He received his law degree from the University of Arkansas Law School (J.D., 1983).
