Mr. Douglas E. Koger, who is an attorney in private practice in Houston. His practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of suits pertaining to various types of commercial, employment, real estate and construction matters. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Law at the University of Houston School of Law where he teaches 'Attorney Communication and Persuasion Techniques.' He is a member of the State Bar of Texas; the American Bar Association (Litigation, construction and employment law sections); the Houston Bar Association (Litigation, construction and employment law sections); and the Fort Bend County Bar Association. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law (J.D., 1985) and his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University, Edwin L.
