She has written and spoken extensively on the topic of practicing law from a home office and on the ethical use of contract lawyers. She received her law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1999, magna cum laude) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., Government & Spanish).
