Mr. Darryl Carter, who is a name partner with the firm of Glickman, Carter & Bachynsky, LLP in Houston. Mr. Carter handles cases in the areas of complex business litigation, defamation, partnership disputes, shareholder matters, wrongful termination, discrimination, Sarbanes-Oxley retaliation, whistleblower, and serious personal injury. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. His awards include "Texas Rising Star" (2007). He received his law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1997) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston (B.A., 1993, Business Administration). Mr. Ashton Bachynsky, who is a name partner with the firm of Glickman, Carter & Bachynsky, LLP in Houston. Mr. Bachynsky handles cases in a wide variety of employment matters including race discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower, retaliation, age, sex, and disability discrimination, severance and employment agreements, and non-competition agreements. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2006 - 2008) and Best Lawyers in America (2007 - 2008). He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1984) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston (B.S., 1980, Political Science).
