He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law (J.D., 2000) and his undergraduate degree from Kentucky Wesleyan College (B.A., 1997).
