The instructor/moderator for this CLEonline.com seminar will be:

Ms. Diana Perez Gomez, who is an attorney with the firm of Martin, Disiere, Jefferson & Wisdom, L.L.P. in Houston. Ms. Gomez is a litigation attorney with extensive experience in the defense of civil lawsuits. Her current practice focuses on complex labor and employment disputes in state and federal courts as well as arbitration throughout the State of Texas. Ms. Gomez has also handled insurance, personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and commercial contract litigation. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Houston, and the Defense Research Institute. Her awards include Texas Monthly "Rising Star" (2009). She received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2003) and her undergraduate degree from Texas A & M University (B.S., 2000).
