The instructor/moderator for this CLEonline.com seminar will be:

Ms. Teresa Letson Schneider, who is a shareholder with the firm of Winstead PC in Houston. Ms. Schneider has practiced commercial litigation with Winstead since 1990, handling a wide variety of matters ranging from antitrust to trademark disputes. She has also handled complex commercial litigation including bank fraud, lender liability disputes, antitrust, environmental, securities, and bankruptcy litigation. She currently serves as the Director of Professional Development, responsible for all training and continuing education at Winstead PC. Teresa is formerly the chair of Winstead's Diversity Committee, responsible for implementation of the firm's diversity plan and diversity training. In addition, she was the past chair of the Pro Bono Committee/Pro Bono Coordinator for the firm and was responsible for organizing the pro bono efforts of all offices for many years, coordinating opportunities for the lawyers to use their skills for the community. She is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association (Child Advocates, Inc.). She was selected as one of Houston's Top Lawyers by H Texas magazine (2006), and as a Texas Rising Star by Texas Monthly magazine (2004-2005). She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (B.S., 1986), and her law degree from South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1989, Order of the Lytae, Dean's List, American Jurisprudence Awards (Evidence, Property, Criminal Procedure and Trial), and National Moot Court Champion in Insurance Law).
