The instructor/moderator for this special CLEonline.com seminar will be:

Mr. Michael Curry of Austin. Mr. Curry holds a J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas Law School (1977). He was a Briefing Attorney for Texas Supreme Court (1977-78), an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Texas School of Law (1985-98) and President of the Central Texas Chapter of the Association of Attorney-Mediators (1997). Mr. Curry has been a full-time mediator since 1994 and has conducted over 1,000 mediations. He is a Fellow at the Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution and a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

The seminar registration fee for this CLE Online seminar is only $50.

This seminar is accredited for 2.0 hours of participatory CLE credit by the MCLE Committees of the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of California. In addition, regular CLE credits for this seminar are also available in a number of other states. CLEonline.com is a State Bar of California approved MCLE provider pursuant to Sec. 9 of the California MCLE Rules and Regulations.
