Mr. Bruce Monning, who is an attorney and name partner with the firm of Monning & Wynne, L.L.P., in Dallas. Mr. Monning is a fourth generation Texas lawyer and his firm also maintains an office in Wills Point, Texas which has been operated by his family since 1877. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law (1981) by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas; the American Board of Trial Advocates; the American Bar Association; the Dallas Bar Association (Chair, Courthouse Committee); the Texas Bar Foundation and the Dallas Bar Foundation. He received his law degree from the SMU School of Law (J.D., 1972) and also his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) (B.B.A., 1970).
Mr. Zollie Steakley, who is an attorney in private practice in Sweetwater, Texas. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, the United States District Courts for the Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Council member and Past Chair, GP Solo Section); College of the State Bar of Texas (10-year member); Nolan County Bar Association (Past President); State Board of Law Examiners (District 14 Committee Admissions). He is a frequent speaker and author on wind energy issues. He received his law degree from the Baylor Law School (J.D., 1973) and also his undergraduate degree from Baylor University.
Mr. Derek Gilliland, who is an attorney with the firm of Nix, Patterson & Roach, LLP, in Irving. Mr. Gilliland represent clients in intellectual property litigation with an emphasis
on representing plaintiffs involved in patent litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Texas courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Intellectual Property Law Section); the American Intellectual Property Law Association; the Texas Trial Lawyers Association; and the American Association for Justice. He received his law degree from Baylor Law School (J.D., 1998, magna cum laude) and his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University (B.S., Mechanical Engineering, 1993).
Ms. Rebecca A. Tillery, who is an associate attorney with the firm of Koons, Fuller, Vanden Eykel & Robertson, P.C., in Dallas. Ms. Tillery is admitted to practice in Texas (2007) and practices in the area of family law focusing on complex property cases. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas (Family Law Section); the Dallas Bar Association (Community Involvement Committee, Admissions and Membership Committee); and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (Judiciary Committee). She received her law degree from the SMU Dedman School of Law (J.D., 2007) and her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., Finance, 2003). While in law school, she was a member of the Order of the Barristers as well as Articles Editor of the SMU Law Review. Competing on the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Team, she earned second place and won for the Best Appellant Brief. She was also second place in the Client Counseling Competition. Ms. Tillery was a University Scholar and a Dean's List Scholar. She has written two articles for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce and co-authored three articles on family law since graduating from law school.
Mr. Jeff Domen, who is an associate attorney with the firm of Koons, Fuller, Vanden Eykel & Robertson, P.C., in Dallas. Mr. Domen is a member of the State Bar of Texas and admitted to practice in all Texas courts (2000). He has provided expert commentary about divorce law on CNN's Nancy Grace show and the Fox News programs hosted by Greta Van Susteren and Geraldo Rivera. He received his law degree from Baylor Law School (J.D., 2000, Top 25%) and also his undergraduate degree from Baylor University (B.A., 1997).
