Mr. David Lopez, who is a partner with the firm of Pulman, Cappuccio, Pullen & Benson, LLP in San Antonio. He practices primarily in the areas of Business Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, and International Commercial Arbitration. He testifies as an expert on Mexican law in cases in Texas and throughout the United States. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and California. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his law degree from Harvard Law School (J.D. cum laude, 1988) and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University (B.S.F.S. magna cum laude, 1985).
