The instructor/moderator for this CLEonline.com seminar will be:

Mr. James M. Richardson, who is a name partner with the firm of Bankston & Richardson, L.L.P., in Austin. Mr. Richardson handles complex civil litigation and trials and has done so throughout his professional career. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1981 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the National Board of Trial Advocacy, the American Inns of Court, the Texas Bar Foundation, and the Austin Bar Foundation. In 2006, 2007, and 2008, he was named a Super Lawyer by Texas Monthly Magazine. He received his law degree from the University of Tulsa School of Law (J.D., 1981, Editor in Chief, Tulsa Law Review.)
