Ms. Cynthia Connolly, who is an attorney with the firm of Scott, Douglass & McConnico, L.L.P., in Austin. Cindy's practice includes a variety of commercial litigation and business torts with an emphasis in technology litigation. Her other areas of practice include professional malpractice defense and professional licensing and regulation. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1996 and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, and she is active in the Technology and Computer Law and Civil Litigation Sections of the Austin Bar Association. She received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1996) and her undergraduate degree from Duke University (B.A., Public Policy and Economics, cum laude, 1993).
