Mr. Claude E. DuCloux, who is a board certified, Austin-based attorney serving a wide variety of legal needs, including general counsel service, civil litigation, appeals, family law, contract, administrative work before state agencies, and serves the legal community with a widely used mediation and arbitration practice. He is admitted to practice law in Texas, California (inactive status) and Colorado (inactive status). He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern & Northern Districts of Texas; and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 5th and 11th Circuits. Mr. Ducloux is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in two areas-- Civil Trial Law (since 1984) and Civil Appellate Law (since 1987, the year the certification was established). He also served on the Civil Trial Law Advisory Committee from 1986-1994, and the TBLS Board of Directors from 1994-1998, serving as Chair of the Board his final year (1997-98). He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin (B.A., 1972) and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law (J.D., 1976). His numerous Bar and professional activities include:

Mr. Dicky Grigg, who is a name partner in the Austin firm of Spivey & Grigg L.L.P.. In his extensive civil litigation practice he handles cases invloving serious personal injury, wrongful death and business litigation. He is admitted to practice in all courts in Texas. Mr. Grigg is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (1978 to Present), and he is also Board Certified by the National Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial Advocacy (1992 to Present). He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University (B.A., 1970) and his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1973). His numerous Bar and professional activities include:
