The instructor/moderator for this CLEonline.com seminar will be:
Mr. Mark Perlmutter, who is a name partner with the firm of Perlmutter & Schuelke, LLP in Austin. Mr. Perlmutter has successfully represented myriad plaintiffs in legal malpractice, personal injury and other civil trial matters, as well as representing numerous clients in class action cases. He is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (former Chair, Texas Professionalism Committee) and the Austin Bar Association (former President.) He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1974) and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University (B.S., 1971).
