The speaker for this course is Mr. G. Scott Fiddler, a solo attorney with the firm of Law Office of G. Scott Fiddler, P.C. in Houston. Mr. Fiddler handles cases in the areas of labor and employment law. He is board certified in both Labor and Employment Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Federal Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2007-2012). He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center (J.D., 1989) and his undergraduate degree from Stephen F. Austin State University (B.A., cum laude, 1986).
