CLEonline.com, together with the Houston Bar Association, are pleased to present a special online CLE program in the area of construction law. The construction of multi-family housing projects continues to rise, this brings with it a whole host of litigation issues both prior to, during and after the sell of such projects. This seminar will review a number of issues brought about by such construction projects today. This course features a streaming video and a downloadable MP3 audio presentation from a live CLE seminar on this topic that was originally conducted by the Houston Bar Association (HBA) on August 12, 2014. You can access this presentation on demand at any time during the course of the seminar session. This course is approved for 0.75 MCLE hours.

Some of the subjects to be discussed during this course include:

  • Defining The Multifamily Project

  • Condominium Owner'S Associations

  • Governmental Entities

  • Timing Of Typical Claims Filed

  • Protecting Your Client: Indemnity?
