  • The presenter for this course is Mr. Peter M. Kelly, an attorney with the firm of Kelly, Durham & Pittard, LLP in Houston. Mr. Kelly is board certified in Civil Appellate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He is also a frequent author and speaker for CLE seminars on various appellate law topics. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1990) and his undergraduate degree from Harvard College (A.B., 1985).
