The speaker for this course is Mr. David D. Disiere, who is an attorney with the firm of Martin Disiere Jefferson & Wisdom LLP in Houston. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He received his law degree from the University Of Houston Law Center (J.D., 1992) and his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston (B.B.A, 1986).
