The speaker for this course is Mr. Kevin McDonald, Deputy General Counsel - Corporate Legal Services & Government Relations with the Marathon Oil Company in Houston. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. His awards include Texas Monthly "Super Lawyer" (2004 to 2008).
