The presenter for this course is Mr. Mark A. Anderson, a name partner with the Anderson Law Firm in Fort Worth. Mark handles cases in all areas of personal injury law. He is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. His awards include "Super Lawyer" (2014) by Thompson Reuters. He received his law degree from Baylor Law School (J.D., 1991) and his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University.
