The speaker for this course is Mr. Seth H. Kretzer, an attorney in private practice in Houston who practices in the area of criminal law. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Texas and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. He received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 2003).
